Do I have to create an account to be able to place an order ?
Yes, Creating an account will allow you to track your orders, make returns or exchanges, view your purchase history and also manage your delivery and billing addresses.
How do I access my account if I have lost my password?
please click on the "login" space at the top right hand of all the pages on the web site. Then click on "forgotten password" and enter the email address you used to create the account, and a new password will be automatically sent to you.


Where can I find Pini Parma products?
Pini Parma products are sold on our website, on our Shop in Paris and Bruxelles.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are made in Italy. We work with renowned ateliers which are famous for their unique know-how, which is linked to a century old Italian tradition of specialisation.
How to find your size?
You can consult our size guide in the "What's my size?" section that you will find in the home page menu.
Is it possible to cancel an order?

Yes, you can cancel an order before shipping; In this case you will need to contact Customer Service by mail at the following address: info@piniparma.com. Indicating the order number and your desire to cancel the order.

If the order has already been dispatched, it is always possible to reject the parcel, return is free for Europe; For other countries, return charges are borne by the customer.
If a product is out of stock or my size is not available, when will it be newly available?
If a product is no longer available, or your size is no longer available, you can be informed by email of its future availability by indicating your email address in the reserved area. (Visible on the product sheet of the sold out item).


How can I pay for my order?
Payment of the products can be made by credit card, Paypal, Alma or Bank trasnfer as indicated on the payment page. The credit cards accepted to date are the following: visa,apple pay, american express and mastercard .
When is my credit card charged for my order?
Once your order has been validated.
Is the payment totally secure?
Payments are made through the Stripe Secure System, which uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and that no third party can read it during transfer on the network .


What are the deadlines for shipping an order?
Your parcel is usually shipped the same day of the confirmation of your order, except for orders received on Friday which are shipped on the following Monday.
How do I know where my package is?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You will then be able to follow the shipment of your package on the website of DHL or UPS.
How long will I be delivered?

Delivery time (DHL or UPS):

Once your product is shipped it usually takes

  • 48 hours (business days) for France
  • 2-4 business days for Europe (depending on country)
  • 3-4 business days for Rest of the World (except Russia where the shipment is made with the La Poste service and takes 2/4 weeks)

In certain countries outside of Europe additional tax (customs duties, import taxes) my apply and these must be paid by the customer upon arrival of the package in the country of destination.

Customs duties are at customer charge excepted for the United States, UK, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Norway, Israel,Turkey, Jordan, Australia and Canada

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with a track & trace number so you can easily track your package.

If the country of delivery is not in the list, please contact us at info@piniparma.com at the time of your order.

What is a preorder product? 
A pre-order product it is a reservation of the product, while it is in production, to be sure of having the product. The preorder product can be purchased online and in the store, the date indicated in the product description of each of these, indicated the date on which the product will be shipped. Once received the product can be exchanged or returned.
The decisions taken by the Italian government regarding the Covid-19 pandemic may vary and affect our ateliers located in different regions of Italy (Campania, Tuscany, Lombardy, Veneto) and consequently impact the shipping dates of the products that are currently on pre-order.  


How to make a return, an exchange?

To make a return, you must send an e-mail to info@piniparma.com indicating the order number your desire to cancel or make a change to the order; You will then receive an email explaining the simple procedure to follow and the return label.                                         

The order can be returned for a full refund or exchange them within 30 days, the process is extremely easy and FREE WORLDWIDE on all orders. In case of exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the item back to you. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new not worn and unwashed. Free order returns are limited to one return per order.

What is the refund period?
We promise to reimburse you as soon as possible, after reception and verification of your product by our teams, the refund is accredited within 15 days directly to the credit card account used for the payment of your order.

You can subscribe to the newsletter by using the form at the bottom of the Home Page by entering your email address or directly at the time of your account registration.
