RETURNS

Any customer could use its withdrawal right during a period of 15 days from the Delivery. In such case, the customer shall return the item within 15 days from the day of the Delivery.

A refund will be made once PINI.PR SAS has received the item and the state of the item has been examined. Within 15 working days of the reception of the item by PINI.PR SAS, a refund will be made through the same payment means made to pay the order.
