Do I have to create an account to be able to place an order ?
Yes, Creating an account will allow you to track your orders, make returns or exchanges, view your purchase history and also manage your delivery and billing addresses.
How do I access my account if I have lost my password?

Pini Parma products are sold exclusively online on our website.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are made in Italy. We work with renowned ateliers which are famous for their unique know-how, which is linked to a century old Italian tradition of specialisation.
How to find your size?
You can consult our size guide in each product page or in the "Service" section that you will find in the home page menu.
Is it possible to cancel an order?

Yes, you can cancel an order before shipping; In this case you will need to contact Customer Service by mail at the following address: info@piniparma.com. Indicating the order number and your desire to cancel the order.

If the order has already been dispatched, it is always possible to reject the parcel, return is free for France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Ireland, Italy, United Kingdom; For other countries, return charges are borne by the customer.
If a product is out of stock or my size is not available, when will it be newly available?

PAYMENT

How can I pay for my order?
Payment of the products can be made by credit card or by Paypal, as indicated on the payment page. The credit cards accepted to date are the following: visa,apple pay, american express and mastercard .
When is my credit card charged for my order?
Once your order has been validated.
Is the payment totally secure?
Payments are made through the Stripe Secure System, which uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and that no third party can read it during transfer on the network .

DELIVERY

What are the deadlines for shipping an order?
Your parcel is usually shipped within 48h of the confirmation of your order, except for orders received on Friday whic are shipped on the following Monday.
How do I know where my package is?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You will then be able to follow the shipment of your package on the website of COLISSIMO (Standard Delivery) or CHRONOPOST (Express Delivery).
How long will I be delivered?

Once your product is shipped it usually takes 2 to 3 working days in France. 3 to 7 working days in Europe, 7 to 10 working days in the rest of the world.

What are the shipping costs?

Delivery to metropolitan France including Monaco, Andorra and Corsica is trusted to the services of Colissimo Post, Chronopost and express courier service are available exclusively in Paris from Monday to Friday, these depend on the option chosen at the time of the validation of your order.

STANDARD DELIVERY TO FRANCE METROPOLITANA: In the case of delivery with Colissimo, with an additional shipping costs of € 8. Shipping costs are free for purchase of over € 100. Your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days from the shipment date of the products.
EXPRESSED DELIVERY TO FRANCE METROPOLITAN: In the case of delivery by Chronopost, shipping costs will vary depending on the quantity of products purchased. If you make an order by 12 noon, it will be delivered the next working day.

Delivery to EUROPA is carried out by Colissimo Post from Monday to Friday, with an additional shipping costs of 15 €. Shipping costs are free for purchase of over € 100. The order is delivered within 3-7 working days from the date of shipment of the products.

For delivery outside the EU, shipping costs are charged to the customer, and are automatically calculated based on the weight of the parcel and the destination. All due shipping costs are always indicated before payment.
The order is delivered within 7-10 working days from the date of shipment.
For non-European countries, additional taxes may be applied by the country's customs and these will be charged to the customer.

I was absent on delivery of the package
If you are absent or your parcel can not be dropped off at your address, the delivery agent will leave a passing notice stating the date of attempted delivery and address of the pickup point or post office where you can pick up your parcel upon presentation of identification.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How to make a return, an exchange?

To make a return, you must send an e-mail to info@piniparma.it indicating the order number your desire to cancel or make a change to the order; You will then receive an email explaining the simple procedure to follow.                                             

The Product must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the Product. If the period of fourteen (14) daysfalls on Saturday, Sunday or bankholiday, it will then expires on the next working day. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new not worn and unwashed.

The refund is free if the delivery location is in Europe; For all other countries, return costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can only make one free change request per order.

What is the refund period?
We promise to reimburse you as soon as possible, after reception and verification of your product by our teams, the refund is accredited within 15 days directly to the credit card account used for the payment of your order.
