Deliveries from Monday to Friday in Metropolitan France, Andorra, Monte Carlo, Andorra and Corsica are by the Post Office's Colissimo service. Deliveries to Paris are by Cronopost or other express delivery services, depending on the service chosen at the time of the validation of the order.
STANDARD DELIVERY TO METROPOLITAN FRANCE: For deliveries by Colissimo an extra participation Charge of € 8 applies. Delivery is free on orders of over € 100, and takes 2-3 working days from the date of shipping.
EXPRESS DELIVERY TO METROPOLITAN FRANCE: Delivery by Conopost are charged depending on the amount or articles in the order. For orders placed before 12am. the delivery will be made the next working day.
If at the time of delivery, the recipient is away, a delivery card will be left giving the address of the Post Office were the recipient can go to pick up his parcel by presenting a valid piece of identity.
EUROPE: From Mondays to Fridays delivery is carried out by Colissimo from the French Post Office Services, where an extra participation Charge of € 15 applies. Delivery is free on orders over € 100 and takes 3-7 working days from the date of shipping.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - OUTSIDE OF EUROPE: The delivery costs are always shown before the order is conformed and are charged to the customer, these are automatically calculated according to the weight, dimensions and destination of the parcel. The delivery time is 7-10 working days from the date of shipping. In certain counties outside of Europe additional tax my apply and these must be paid by the customer.
If the country of delivery is not in our list of counties, then we invite our customers to contact us by email at : email@example.com where we will do our upmost to help.
The deliveries will be made to the address indicated by the customer, therefore extra careful care must be taken to make sure that the information provided is correct. Special care must be taken when filling in the address (building, floor, house number, stairs, access code, name or number of the intercom etc.).
The delivery times on the Website are given as an estimate and only correspond to the average time needed for possessing and delivery.
When delivered, if the parcel is opened, damaged, faulty or in a bad condition the customer must refuse to accept the delivery and send it back. If the customer decides to accept the parcel then the customer must write on the delivery receipt that the acceptance is with reservations, stating the conditions and any problems with the parcel, them communicate the event to PINI.PR SAS and to the delivery company within 3 working days.
In the case of a late delivery, the customer can ask for the cancelation of the order and a money refund.
PINI.PR SAS cannot be held responsible or liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from delays or damages due to delivery.
Any customer could use its withdrawal right during a period of 14 days from the Delivery. In such case, the customer shall return the item within 14 days from the day of the Delivery.
If the withdrawal rights ends Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays, it is postposed to the next working day. After 14 days, the sale is final. The products shall be returned with its original packaging, with the original labels, brand new, without having used it or washed it.
In such case, the customer must contact PINI.PR by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, with the order number, name/last name, item, The return request will be confirmed by PINI.PR SAS to the customer by email. The customer must follow the procedure mentioned into the confirmation of the email.
Refund to the customer is made subject to the receipt of the Products returned by PINI.PR SAS and its excellent condition.

Return of the product(s) is the responsibility of the customer and is at their own risk.
Return is free-of-charge if the order was placed from Europe, Customer may use only one request of free return per order.
The repayment of an order paid by gift card or a voucher will always be by voucher.
If the customer does not adhere to the TACS including the conditions of return and exchange then PINI.PR SAS cannot proceed to refund any product in question. If the product is defective or different from the one ordered, then PINI.PR SAS will pay for the return of the product.
