RETURNS

The order can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days, the process is extremely easy and FREE WORLDWIDE on all orders. In case of exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the items back to you. Free order returns are limited to one return per order.

To receive the return label via email, the customer must contact PINI.PR by email at info@piniparma.com, with the order number, the name and the name of the product to be returned or exchanged.

The products shall be returned in their original packaging, with the original labels, and brand new, without having used or washed them.

Within a maximum of 15 working days from the receipt of the articles by PINI.PR SAS, (after the status of the articles has been examined) a refund will be issued using the original payment method, or the new items will be shipped (in case of exchange of size or model).

The repayment of an order paid by gift card or a voucher will always be by voucher.

Please be aware that in-store purchases can only be refunded in-store. The refund will be made using the original payment method; if paid by credit card, make sure to bring the same card so that our in-store sales representatives can issue the refund.

Online orders can be exchanged or refunded in-store.

The return is not possible for Made-to-Measure and Made-to-Order products.

If the customer does not adhere to the TACS, including the conditions of return and exchange, PINI.PR SAS cannot proceed with the refund of any product in question. If the product is defective or different from the one ordered, then PINI.PR SAS will pay for the return of the product.
